HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Lodging options are numerous near the Faculty or in the historic area. However, we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible, as the event takes place during one of the city’s busiest times of year: the St. John Festivity. This is the only way to guarantee hotel availability at attractive prices.
Most of the selected hotels are close to the Faculty of Sciences and the conference venue.
Charges associated with the municipal tax are payable directly at the hotel upon check-in (€1-€3).
