Abstracts submitted to the 4th European Rural Geographies Conference should be unpublished, well-structured and appropriate to the themes suggested for discussion at the event. The abstracts submitted must be based on original data, of high technical quality and meet international ethical standards. All accepted abstracts, after being reviewed and approved by the Scientific Committee, will be published in the University of Porto Book of Abstracts, with ISBN and DOI.

Each author may make a maximum of four submissions for oral presentation abstracts or posters, and each conference participant may give only one oral presentation. Each submission may include a maximum of 5 authors.

Authors may choose from the available presentation modes:

• Oral Paper Presentation
• Poster
