Registration

Registration fees include: Attendance to all scientific sessions, coffee break during breaks, welcome reception (June 22) and Lunches (June 23 and 25). Access to technical exhibition and poster area; identification badge and digital certificate of attendance.

Possibility to register for the Farewell Dinner (June 25) and Field Trips (june 26) if available and upon payment of an extra fee (prices announced soon). You can add extra services to your registration at any time (subject to availability).

All services should be requested at the online registration form.

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon payment confirmation. Until payment is confirmed, the registration will be on hold and won’t be considered. The secretariat will send a confirmation mentioning all the requested services by email, this document will be as a registration voucher.

Skyros Congressos will not handle accommodation reservations for the 4th European Rural Geographies Conference. Reservations must be booked here (link –  https://4theuropeanruralgeographiesconferenc.hfhotels.com/corporate/)

All changes or cancellations must be addressed in writing to the secretariat Skyros Congressos by email:

– Before April 21 2026: full refund, deducted of a handling fee of €50.
– From April 22 to May 20 2026: 50% refund.
– After May 21 2026: no refund will be granted

All reimbursements will take place only after the meeting.

Registration changes will be accepted until June 21 after and On Site will be charged 50€ per change.

Any change or cancellation must be informed to Skyros Congressos by email.

During the registration process, if the invoice is to be issued on behalf of another entity, it must be indicated before you finish and pay your registration. Otherwise the invoice will be issued on behalf of the participant.

The on-site Secretariat will only issue receipts for services requested on site.

Receipt changes will only be allowed if requested during the period of 30 days after the issue of the first document and only before or after the Congress never onsite.

All certificates are digital and will be sent by email, until 30 days after the conference ends. After this term Skyros Congressos is not responsible for sending certificates.

For security reasons, the Secretariat will not accept payments in cash or personal checks.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, ATM or MB Way.
